Essential Classic Movies You Need to See

I'm Titania, a 21 year old film student from Toronto with a passion for Classical Hollywood Cinema. Sometimes I get the feeling that Old Hollywood is losing popularity with my generation, but I know that most people my age would discover some films they would really like - if they had the right advice.

If you like Classic Hollywood eye candy and you're curious about classic movies - ones made before 1960 or black and white - but don't know where to start, read on! Hopefully you'll discover some gems you didn't know existed, with a stamp of approval from someone like you. It's a little more reliable than the opinions of your grandparents.

The Making of Psycho is a film, rumoured to be starring Anthony Hopkins as Hitchcock himself, about the hitches Hitch encountered while making his arguably most iconic film, Psycho (1960).

This film has apparently been added to The Black List, a database of the most liked unproduced screenplays. Even thought it’s had awful luck getting interest from studios, but I know I’d love to see it if and when it comes out!
